Adding a parent to a tag crashes on the server side (500)

If I try to provide a parent to a tag, it crashes with 500.

It seems that selecting a parent tag does not actually exists creates the issue. Also I cannot find a way to remove a tag's parent.

Yes, you are right. I wonder if there is any way to migrate or should I simply ask there again and request an admin to remove this post from here.
