I can't choose any tags when posting a question
The problem described below occurs in Windows 10 and Chrome 87.0.4280.66 (64 bits, JavaScript enabled). I could post this question only in mobile (Chrome/iOS 14.2), where the problem doesn't occur. I also tested in MacOS 10.5.5/Chrome 83.0.4103.116, and the problem doesn't occur (all 3 tests - Windows, MacOS and mobile - were made using the same wifi network).
In the Ask Question Page (in any of the categories), I can't choose any tags.
In Meta, it shows the list of required tags, but when I click on them, nothing happens.
In all categories, if I click on the textarea, nothing happens as well, and I can't type or choose any tags.
Here's the error messages in Chrome's console, when I opened the Ask Question Page:
