Drupal tag is not in lowercase

The Drupal tag is not in lowercase, as all other tags are. Is this intended?

It's kind of strange that tags have case in the first place. I wonder if they were made that way on purpose. If so, we'd need to come up with guidelines for when & how to use upper case. If not, it just seems like a source for sloppy-looking tags.

@Lundin I think tags now have case simply because by default string are input with a case (textboxes allow this by default and I guess this also happens in the database). I don't remember to have ever seen any upper-case letter for SO tags and I think we should always use lowercase in the tag names.
