Is there a way in Ubuntu to run a given bash command for a given Key combination in Gnome (42.9)?

I run an Ubuntu in Hyper-V and after a while the normal Keyboard layout change doesn't work (maybe after the host system was sent to sleep mode). Even if it shows hu (Hungarian) on the pane, the Keyboard works as US. But setxkbmap hu works properly. But it take a lot of time to go to the terminal and run the command. That's why I would like to run it for a given key combination, lets say Win+Space

While questions about bash scripts are on-topic here, I think we expect such questions to mainly focus on the script itself, such as "here is my bash script for x, what's wrong with it." Maybe consider posting this at Linux Systems instead - I suspect it is a more suitable site for questions regarding how to configure or troubleshoot OS/distro and/or keyboard settings.
