Initial List of Tags
As far as I can tell, there are no tags yet for the main Q&A. I suggest setting an initial group of tags which help organize questions. Two groups I think would be particularly helpful are languages and topics.

For languages, there seem to be a variety of "top n lists", so we can pick one or just wing it based on personal knowledge (like the following). Something like:

* Python
* PHP
* Ruby
* C
* C++
* C#
* Java
* JavaScript
* Perl

etc.

For topics, it gets a bit trickier. Could include things like Agile Development, Code Review, Version Control, Documentation. I'm not sure what would work best, but I do think an initial set of tags will set the tone for the site and help people find questions of interest to them. An effective set of tags will also help with future migrations/splitting of the site.
