"Software Development" to the exclusion of other programming and scripting?
The site is called "Software Development", and the subtitle on the homepage is "General Q&A about software development -- code, design, process, tools, testing, and more". Am I to understand, then, that it's about software development to the exclusion of other programming and scripting? Can I not, for example, ask about a sed script I use to process text files, or a SQL query I use to process data?
