A good start would be [the most popular tags](https://stackoverflow.com/tags?tab=popular) from Stack Overflow. Another approach is to start from scratch and search for tags on Stack Overflow whenever needed. Those tags are already curated and I don't think there is any need to reinvent the wheel here. Personally I do not mind of adding tags as needed, as this requires a little effort when compared to writing the post body.
