Are questions about web browsers on topic on Software Applications?
I have recently posted [this question](https://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/146495/what-does-google-chrome-developer-console-gdpr-gtm-is-enabled-mean) on Web Application SE and I am wondering if such a question would be on-topic here.

The questions deals with understanding a feature of Google Chrome Developer Console: GRPR / GTM flag.
