The comment box is now resizable; drag the control in the lower right corner down to make the area bigger.

Update: With the later introduction of threaded comments, the comment box lost its resizing but is larger than it was. It was status-completed at the time and then overcome by other changes. I'm going to leave the status tag in place; if anybody wants the (new) box to be resizable, please make a new request so we don't confuse the history here. Thanks!
