cpulimit and sensors

I'm using GNU/Linux.
I'd need some program or script or solution which would wrap make so that it would launch cpulimit on g++ processes in order to be nice to sensors output.
Or, more generically, know how to use cpulimit so that it intelligently limits processes in order to be nice to sensors output.
