Why `excel` is set as a child tag of `openoffice-calc`?
I joined Codidact a few days ago. I have looked around to learn the platform features and how things are handled in some communities. I just found that `excel` is a child tag of `openoffice-calc`.

I understand that each tag refers to spreadsheet applications from different companies. The first refers to Microsoft Excel, while the second refers to Open Office Calc.

I found that there are other tags for spreadsheet applications like `google-sheets`.

Why `excel` is set as a child tag of `openoffice-calc`?
