At this time I am trying to manually install doxygen into msys64 but the computer I am using does not have access to the internet. When I try to start doxywizard.exe, I am receiving this error. > The code execution cannot proceed because libicuin75.dll was not found. Does anyone have any suggestions or know what package I need to install?
