Project's name from command line

I have a pyproject.toml

```toml
[build-system]
requires = ["setuptools>=61.0"]
build-backend = "setuptools.build_meta"

[project]
name = "foo"
version = "0.1.0"
```
How do I get the project name `foo` from the command line, assuming I'm in the directory containing this file?

I'm on Ubuntu.
