Standard for hierarchical sitemaps
Are there any standards for creating machine readable sitemaps with a hierarchical structure similar to the outline on the left sidebar on sites like https://just-the-docs.com/? The [Sitemaps XML format](https://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html) doesn't currently support this.
