redirect to "main" code in Ruby using Ctrl
In Android Studio, when I click on a variable. It redirects me to where the variable was declared. Even, when coder writes lot of code than, it becomes hard to find "main" object by scrolling.
Ruby-on-rails programmer writes (automatically generates also) huge source code. One page is linked to another one. In Rubymine, when I click on raw It redirects me to io.rb.

But, when I click on any linked page it doesn't redirect. I tried to click on comments/comment.

Which software is best for Ruby-on-Rails? I usually use Visual Studio. But, Visual Studio isn't very suitable for Ruby-on-rails (that's what I think).

Yes, this is called "go to definition/declaration" and it works out of the box in many IDEs for variables, function names etc. This is due to the fact that the IDE understands what the selected token is (e.g. variables or o function name) and create a link between its declaration (definition) and its usage.
But, when I click on any linked page it doesn't redirect. I tried to click on comments/comment.
'comments/comment' looks like a string and the IDE typically does not interpret the content of a string, or at least for the specific case of go-to definition functionality.

My go-to IDEs are VS Code for most things, and RubyMine for Ruby/Rails projects specifically. For that specific line of code you're looking at, I'm using RubyMine, which does enable you to Ctrl-click on the view name and it'll take you there. I can't remember off hand whether VS Code does or not for Rails projects, but it's worth a look at - even if it doesn't natively, there may be extensions available for it that enable that ability.
