Different post types possible, for example Wiki like posts for canonical knowledge (like NullPointer/OutOfBoundsExceptions). A bit like Articles on SE only available for everyone and with a clearer use case. (more) |

@Lundin You mean there is no complete solution to the whole problem possible within reasonable space in an answer or it would not be instructive to read about the whole solution in one go? Maybe we could assume that the asker has knowledge of C but doesn't know of any algorithm to accomplish the task. An answer could then first explain a suitable algorithm (relying only on tools available in C) and then simply present an implementation in C without much explanation. That's at least the... (more) |

Also, even imported content must further be curated (kept uptodate) which requires users to work on it. So we mostly need to grow the number of users I would say now, not so much the content even though both are related. (more) |

I would simply replace it everywhere, where it's not necessary. There does not seem to be any advantage to it and surely some visitors won't like it. You already write that it's not a huge deal either way. For me, I would probably always make an edit. (more) |
